Bouquet lasted less than four days. Given how expensive these flowers are, this is unacceptable. I could have bought flowers for one tenth of the price from the local bodega that would have lasted longer. Customer Service failed to provide an adequate resolution. 15% off next order? Seriously?! There will be no “next” order Rory!
Flowers NEVER delivered. Lied about delivery. Horrible customer service. Expensive. AVOID. Took my money. Had to dispute charge. Horrible!!!

Please do not use this site. I was stupid and did not think to check the reviews because the website was so nice and well designed.
Ordered a lovely looking summer bouquet for my Grandmas 89th birthday, it arrived a day late (despite paying an extortionate amount for same-day delivery).
When the flowers did arrive, they were not fresh, had no Lillies, one singular Peony and consisted of mostly half dead filler plants.
I am so so so disappointed with this service and the awful customer service I received in relation to this. Still not sorted after 3 days of back and forth. Thinking about filing a chargeback to get my money because they will not refund me (even though they arrived the next day, without the flowers described and in an awful condition).
I have used Floom several times and at first was happy with them, although the products delivered were not as impressive as the description suggested. I am now, however, very disappointed with the level of service. On two occasions before, products were delivered on the wrong day. Today, they sent an email to say that a product I ordered on the 27th March for delivery on the 2nd April could not be delivered on that day. Gave me two other dates and a very narrow window time to respond. They then made a decision before I could respond. I called and the member of staff on the line was very casual in her manner - started off with 'yeah' and really could not be bothered. They are not particularly cheap, but I wanted to try something different from Interflora who I usually use. I will not use them again and advise readers to choose another provider. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I am very fair and generally give positive reviews. I don't just write reviews when I want to complain.
Don’t usually leave reviews but after having read all the negative reviews I was ready to skip past this site and look for somewhere else. I was let down by a local florist the afternoon before Mother’s Day and was desperately looking for somewhere that could deliver on Mother’s Day.
After having checked Interflora etc and found nowhere that could deliver, I found this website which was the only one that could guarantee Mothers Day delivery. Having read the poor reviews I very reluctantly took a chance on this site to get some flowers in time as it was pretty much my last chance.
And I am so glad I did. I placed the order at 12:20am for delivery between 10 and 6. They were delivered at 10:30am and both the flowers and the vase were outstanding. My wife was amazed at the quality of them and I will definitely be using them again.
Absolute shower of sh/te. Ordered flowers and waited all day for them only to get an email from Floom saying that the order had been delivered. Well it wasn’t and the bo//o king I got from my disgruntled other half was all because these r soles can’t get an order done. Thanks and can I have my 85 quid back it’ll are you going to keep that as well?????
Absolutely terrible experience the flowers that were delivered were actually laughable it looked like a tiny version of the photograph made out of dying flowers. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Horrible experience with Floom - really wish I’d looked up others’ experiences first. I ordered a bouquet for my friend’s 40th. Floom took money from my account but I didn’t hear from my friend - turns out the flowers weren’t delivered but Floom failed to let me know.I called and was told there was a glitch & someone would investigate and call me back but they didn’t. Called again&the same thing happened, have now cancelled & have to wait 5-10 days for a refund!I am speechless. Terrible service. I am shocked
Awful Service - Do not use
Flowers were due for delivery on Sunday, but in the morning I received an email to say that it would be Tuesday before they were delivered. Advised Floom this was not acceptable and I wished to cancel. Then on the Monday I get another email stating that they would be delivered that day and again I advised I did not want this delivery. Despite many emails with customer services asking for a full refund due to the fact that they did not meet the Delivery date I am just being offered different resolutions but no return of funds. I have no confidence in this company so would advise you to avoid.
I paid for (very expensive) flowers to be delivered to my sister on Christmas Eve. Delivery was confirmed between 10am-6pm. 9pm still had not been delivered. No contact from Floom. 11.20pm still not delivered. Not happening now is it? I only chose this company because they promised a Christmas Eve delivery which they clearly didn’t fulfill. Feel very let down and cheated. Don’t be fooled by their false promises. I know I won’t be ever again.
First off like many have mentioned this place is very very pricey and as such you expect a 5 start service ... unfortunately you get a 1 star service at best ... I received an email saying my flowers had been delivered without anyone ringing my bell or calling me ... and I then spent the next hour running around my large apartment complex looking for my flowers (that I had ordered as a suprise for my wife) as when I called customer service they couldn’t tell me where they were not had no proof of delivery ... they finally arrived an hour later with no apology and after 1 hour of stress of me thinking these very expensive flowers might have been left somewhere and at risk of being taken ... worth noting that the florist they use is down the road .. now that I know they don’t deliver their own flowers and are merely a platform for sellers who have no concern for the customers of Floom I most definitely will not use again!

Ordered a plant as a gift. The delivery was on time but the plant was drying and did not look fresh at all. The roots of the plant were exposed, the leaves and flowers drying. On raising it with Floom, they responded (I was informed after checking with the florist) that this is how a plant should be!
